07a. The Pillar V5 6b
Hard if done properly.
Start with LH-E and RH-F, holding F as a pinch.
Pull on, then slap LH to F as an undercut. Finish up the wall- no cracks.
Pulling on with both hands on F is about V2. Stepping on and going immediately with the right hand is also cheating, but them's the rules.
